my boyfriend recently went to court on a false harrassment charge. it was proven through his evidence she committed perjury and filed a false statement. the jugde dissmissed it and never persued it with the one that did this. but the evidence is clear, she lied. what steps can we take to bring her to justice? this is illegal.

My response:

You can file a Civil Action against her for False Arrest, False Imprisonment, Malicious Prosecution, Negligence, Intentional and Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress, etc., etc., and Compensatory and Punitive Damages.
