i ilved with a man for 1 year. he gave me a credit card under his social security number but with my name. i used the card approx. 10,000 dollars. i could afford the bill when we were together but i'm on disability and cannot afford the bill now that we have broken up. i kicked him out of my home because he was very abusive to me and my 2 children. what can possibility happen to me? can he put a lien on my home? should i get an attorney?
