magistrate with a dui

had only one drink, went to bed, slept 20 min,. when called out to pick up a couple of intoxicated friends, went around a hole in the road and touched the yellow line. pulled over by a cop that i work with. gave me dui, (.08) i was in shock. what are my chances of beating this. i have nothing on my drivers record or crinimal record. I was never given my rights on the breath test. just told to take it.

It's like this, the more money ya go the better your chances get

You chances are about the same as they were for all the other poor SOB's you locked away under the same situation.
How's it feel to be on the other side of the coin now? Bet it sucks, huh?
Are you afraid of losing your job,your home,your family,your car,your freedom?
Certainly is ironic justice in my eyes!! Have a nice sufferage!!
