i have lost my liscence for 2 yrs in mi...Where can I move and get a fresh start, or at least a liscence? anyone???

You cant.....you cannot move to another state and "start fresh". In reality,if you move,your going to complicate matters by needing to satisfy the sanctions of the DUI in one state,while living in another state.
