I have a very close friend in California that is being charged with Failure to protect a minor, her soon to be ex husband gave her 14yr old child weed and crank? she has been charged with this and she didnt know what he was doing? any advice please? i know that any advice given isnt in any way to be misconstrued as a client attorney relationship
