If any one is familiar with such a case respond...

I am in 11th grade and my parents are divorced. Im moved to North Carolina to live with my dad, this infuriated my mother. I suppose in retaliation, she transfered my Prepaid College Funds to my sister, and now regrettingly when she tried to change them back to my name they said it is not allowed. First of all after researching on there website(www.fsba.state.fl.us/PREPAID/Contract/rules.html), i don' t see where it says u cant transfer more than once. Nonetheless, should my mother have been able to transfer these funds without the consent of my father, by all means they were both purchasers.
