In a small county court in the dustbowl called nebrasska,I went to plead my case on a DUI charge and during this trial one juror was found sleeping. So my lawyer(another country bumpkin)at least has the presence of mind to bring it to the judges attention and the judge proceeds to warn this juror 3 times during the trial that sleeping is not allowed .I lose the cases after a 10 minute deliberation. Do I have grounds for a mistrial? And would anyone know if they set a particular time limit on this proceedure,my lawyer didn't know
