Handicap Parking ticket

My car was stolen last year and I reported the incident. The cops found it a couple of weeks later, but while it was stolen, it was issued a parking ticket at Viejas Casino where it was found, for parking in a handicapped parking place. Now I have to renew the registration and there is a $355 parking ticket fine before I can register it. How do I get this ticket removed? It wasn't issued by SDPD. Maybe by the reservation's security people.

And what did the police say when you showed them the theft report and the recovery report.... showing that you were not in custody of the vehicle at the time of the tickets.

And what did they say when you responded, "Sorry, but I really don't see how the jurisdiction is relevant when I can clearly show that the tickets YOU issued were to a car that was stolen.... and the tickets are NOT mine."
