Hi, I live in Kansas. I am suing defendents in Idaho, and have filed a case in Idaho. I also have filed in Kansas and had my hearing last week. Process of service was not satisfactory. New court date has been set. I did however find out that the case can be heard in my own county. My question is, how do I dismiss action in Idaho and sue him in Kansas. One of these defendants is an attorney. I DO not want to leave any rocks unturned. If I do, they will find a way out. Any help would be appreciated. Ron
