What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I have two questions pertaining to legal procedure in the State of Florida.

1. When being served by a process server is there any specific guidelines that the server must adhere to such as hour of the day or certain days of the week that they may not serve?

2. When involved in a case, isn't opposing counsel supposed to furnish you copies of the filings to the court via mail?

Thanks in advance.

A: http://www.chapter48florida.com/48.20_process_server_services_sunday_services_florida_chapter_rules.htm

Search the other statutes on the site.

A: Yes; or they could fax it, e-mail it, or drop it off in person; check your local rules.
