What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Hawaii

A local club, now defunct, owes my company $3000.00. It is a 501c and still has funds to cover the debt in a local bank. How do I go about suing and who do I serve?

You need to go to the state corporation commision (or whatever Hawaii has for that) and find out who the corporation's registered agent is. You name the corporation as the defendant, but you serve the registered agent.

Check with the Business Regristration Division of the Department of Commerce, and locate their registered agent.
