i am in posession of a camera from ebay received in error by a third party fraud on my pay pal account. The sellers price on the camera was $2300. The seller has given up all claim and collected his money from ebay. After more than 3 attempts ebay will not accept its return. What are my posession rights for resale? And after what period of time can i do so. Thye camera is not stollen because i checked with the manfacturer and the seller was the original purchaser.
