My fiance has been accused of dialing up to the pacific islands and running up an $80 phone bill. Her half sister and brother in-law claim she logged off of AOL (there isp) and used a program to connect to the a web cam. The only evidence they can come up with is that the screen name they had made for her to use while she was at their home was logged on at 11:50p.m and then logged back on at 12:50a.m. There is no record of when the screen name logged off or how long it was on either. Will this be enough evidence to win in court? Keep in mind that the master account holder can logon to any screen name if they want to. Thank you for your advice.
