I am part of a lawsuit.
When I filed my answer and affirmative defense and counterclaims, I also added 3rd party defendants. I sent them a copy of the complaint along with my ans., aff. def and counterclaims. I did this certified mail and have received my Return Receipts.
My question is, in 3 days it will be 20 days and they have not responded to the counterclaims. Only the original plaintiff has responded. Can I file for a default judgment against the cross defendants?
