After Court Question

I love in the State of Maryland I went to court in April of 2007 because my former friend did not pay me back the money she owe me. Long Story short we were told to work out the issue. I never heard from her. I garnisheer her wages. She left her job. I know where she banks but I just don't see where I would benefit from that because she can always change banks. She doesn't own property and I don't know where she works. I have her first and last name, home address, and social security number. Does anyone know what I can do at this point to get my money?
