What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
I got a civil harassment restraining order against someone for 3 years. They had been harassing me for 2 years now and I had a Sherriff as my witness who stated that I was in danger and needed to be protected. The appellant is not happy with the result and still refuses to leave me alone so now they are appealing the courts decision.

Can the decision be overturned? They have not submitted their brief yet but have asked for a copy of the transcript and are trying to get new evidence never submitted to court or heard in court into evidence. What do I do?
