Arizona... I am registered professional land surveyor in Oklahoma, i want to take my Arizona state exam so i can be duely Lic.
a few questions on the application want me to list anything besides a traffic violation. "if you answered yes to any of these questions, please attach a detailed explanatory statement, and related official documentation"
i had a public intox when i was 18 yrs old, and a few other things i am not proud of to say the least, but none are felony's.
i cant remember every violation, or every county it happened in.
what do you think they are asking for on the App? how can i get a full print out of my rap sheet with the "official documentation " they request?
i just spent 50 bucks on a background checker on line, and it came up clean, which i know its not true because Oklahoma found a few items and questioned me about it.
