I am trying to find out how to assign my judgment for someone to enforce for me in Alaska, I have a substantial judgment but have not the time to try and collect. I understand California has civil procedures and forms available but Alaska has no such procedures to my knowledge. I spoke with a court clerk who told me I could not do it, but I don't trust the court clerk.

Any advice?

Thank You!

At this time your California judgment is basically worthless in Alaska. You will have to domesticate your judgment first before you can attempt to collect. You will have to go to Alaska yourself to do this or hire an attorney in Alaska.
