There doesn't seem to be a standard form for the State of New Jersey or any other state for that matter for the Assignment of Judgment Form. I know it must be notarized. Do both the original Judgment Creditor Assignor & Assignee need to sign in the State of New Jersey? Many examples I see online just have a signature line for the original Judgment Creditors signature, but not Judgment buyer. Thanks!
