What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA
If you take someone to small claims court and they show up with an attorney what should the judge do?

Also if there is a judgement, and you prove that the person who received benefit of the judgement, has falsified their testimony, SHOULD the judge reopen the case?

Thanks for any info.

What do you mean by "what should the judge do?" Attorneys are allowed in Georgia small claims court.

As for the judgment - you can appeal for a new trial.
