My daughters tried out for a basketball team and made the team. I went to their practices to see how they were doing and did not like what I had seen from the coach of the team. So we decided that it was not going to be positive experience for our daughters so we removed them from the team and asked for our 610.00 back. The team refused to give us our money back. We told them that we did not particiate in any tournaments and we did not sign any contract. We wrote the check on 3-13-05 and requested it back on 3-17-05. Tell me your opinion of this situation. We plan on taking them to small claims court.
