I'm being sued by an X-employer, thay are saying I owe them $1800 and I had 10 days to respond. I sent them a letter requesting more information (signed invoice, bill of sale, sales agreement, employement agreement, and or contract, etc...) and gave them 30 days to send the information or any type of corespondence if not received I would consider the matter resolved.
31 business days later, I receive a summons "warrant in debt" for $2500. I'm not sure what this is all about but will my 30 days notice hold up in court???
