I live in Delaware my ex in Pennsylvania. He wont let me have my son's Polaris 4 wheeler and his Honda 90-. I am getting ready to start replevin action-however, naming the defendant , so that my son who actually DID pay for the motorcycle can recover some money. The defendant works very little and when he does its under the table. He does receive a monthly payment from his mothers estate. I don't know exactly how it is set up, but a monthly rental payment is sent to the estate, which is divided with him and his three sisters. The catch is sometimes, the defendant will go right to the renters office and collect his monthly share in cash.
