Hi! I have the following situation. I gave 2 tracks and two trailers to the bodyshop company for repairs. I paid off the invoice. When i took one truck home- it has broke on a way home. I took it to that bodyshop company again and they said it will be ready the next day (on Friday). I came to pick it up on Monday but none of them were there. It turns out, they had called the towing company in order to tow away the trucks. But they never told me about that! Now, the Towing company is going to charge me about $2000 for that! How should I proceed to make a claim or something! Thank you!
