my husband paid $2000.00 to bail our friend out of jail. The agreement was that apon her release she would pay it back. It's not like she could' pay, she just would'nt. This occured in Jun of 2003. I have a copy of the collateral return agreement that clearly states the monies owed to us. How do we proceed?
