Boyfriend moved out 10 months ago after living in my house for 7 yrs. Left a LOT of garage/workshop stuff that takes up half of my garage and part of my basement. Have asked him at least 6 or 7 times to get his stuff out. Says he will but never shows up. I have 2 different cell phone text where I stated that he had until a certain date to get his stuff or I would sell what I could and get rid of the rest. He replied that he would be here by that date with a trailer but again never shows up. He has no receipts or proof that this stuff is even his. Can I legally sell his stuff?
