MD- Non-payment by contractor of services performed by subcontractor. Payment withheld due to nonreturn of warehouse key. Key was returned and numerous requests for payment made. Contractor says key not rec'd. Return of key provided by contractor not a part of contractual agreement. Breach of contract?

How much money are we talking about here?

I am assuming you are saying the key was returned but even if it wasn't then you are trying to fall back on a breach of contract.
