We recently bought a used Sony big screen TV, leaving a deposit, and recieving a bill of sale, signed by the seller. We then made arrangements to get the money and sell our tv and my car so that we could pay for the TV in cash that same night. Two hours after leaving the deposit we tried to meet him, but he made arrangements to meet us the next afternoon. We took time off work but when we called him, he had decided that he didn't want to sell it to us. What legal recourse do we have?
