I would like to take the person that I am in an owner financing agreement with to small claims court for breach of a verbal contract. He owns a business of buying and selling homes and he agreed to report to the credit bureau for my payments. He has failed to do it and I am tired of waiting for him to get it done. I do have witnesses to our agreement and would like enforce our agreement. Is this the best way to go about resolving this issue? I have already spoken with him several times about this and still have not gotten it resolved.
