My mom has just finished bride's maid dresses for a wedding this weekend and thye are not happy with how the dress is made. There is nothing wrong with the dresses and we know this because we work at a bridal salon, but mom does not have a registered business. I just would like to know if they can take her to court for not being satisfied and claim she did a bad job? If so, what should we do? They were charged $200 for the dress and they want their money back and will give the dresses back also. Should we settle to give the money back?
