What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania.
hello, I just recently broke off an engagement and we had an agreement that i would get the ring ( still owe 1,222 on it) and a security system(500 value and still getting billed monthly under contract) back. I was wondering if it would be worth it to hire a lawyer to take her to small claims court or do it myself and how I would go about doing so considering we live in two different states. (I am in Pa and she is in OK)
