What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma

My question is really more about wanting to know what I can do legally.

I have a friend that I bought an 18 wheeler (truck and trailer) from. I paid w/ a cashier check from my credit union to him for the amount we agreed on. He has failed to give me a title for the truck or trailer. Several months had went by and the truck was giving me problems...he suggested I trade the truck back to him for a dumptruck he had. Telling me it would be less hastle...(the dumptruck vs. the truck and trailer). After we decide to do the trade....well it has been 4 months now and has still not provided me a title. I am not an idiot, this friend that I have been dealing w/ has been in the trucking buisness for over 13yrs and has been a family friend for longer. If there is one thing I have learned is that you really cant trust people**************..even friends of the family for that matter.

Anyways, I was just curious what my options are legally, since this isnt getting resolved thru discussion. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
