traded cars on craigslist. told the guy i knew the starter was bad, i dont know of anything else as im not a mechanic. its sat for 2yrs in a garage cause everyone charged alot bcuz of the type of motor. he said it was fine he can fix it. we traded, put $50 on the titles, got them sign over and left. he now says it over heats, which it never did when it ran for me , and he wants his car back or he is sueing me. Can he do that? Am i liable for his ignorance? will i have to trade back?
