What is the name of your state? PA

I have filed my papers 2 weeks ago, I just got a hearing date issued. Can I add a subpoena NOW or is there some sort of action I should take in order to get a third party at the hearing? The person I would be subpoena (ing?) is actually working for the defendant but I'm not sure how that fact changes anything (special form? I'm suing a company this person works for therefore is she automatically included in the suit? and how do I make sure she will be there? subpoena right? ) Sorry for rambling.

My response:

Yes, you get her into court via "Subpoena." Ask the clerk of the court for one, fill it out, and have the Sheriff serve it. Since she wasn't named in the lawsuit, she is merely termed as a "party affilatiated witness". Unless she is served with a Subpoena, she doesn't have to appear in court.
