What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? MO

I have a propane tank sitting in my driveway and it has been there for over a month. (I decided to change propane companies) The business that owns it knows it is here and I requested them to pick it up, however they have failed to do so. Can I charge them a storage fee?

Thank you for any advice you can give me.

Have you sent them a certified letter telling them they had xx amount of days to pick up the tank or a storage fee of xx would start applying on xx date. Then state what amount the xx will get to before filing in court?

No I have not sent them a certified letter, I did'nt even think about doing that. Maybe that will get their butts out here to get it. I really wish I would have thought of that sooner, we have put marks (ruts) in our neighbors yard from us having to turn around to avoid the tank. Thank you very much!!!!
