What is the name of your state? Missouri
My neighbor's beagle is in heat. My labrador did what is instinctive to all males dogs. He tried to mate her. My neighbor wants me to pay to have the pups aborted. Abortion is against my religion. It doesn't say that it has to be human or not. I don't feel I can be held liable for the medical bills. Please advise soon.
