What is the name of your state? wa

I was wondering if I can try to recover monies associated with property damage caused by my tennants such as : lost wages since I had to be present to allow access to damage restoration personnel, a month's lost rent due to the time it took to restore the home to a livable condition, the amount that my insurance premium will go up due to having to file a claim (35% increase for two years)?

1. Lost wages. No, you accepted the responsibility for becoming a landlord and the potential for losing time at your regular job.

2. Lost rent. Yes, if the damage was caused by the previous tenant.

3. Insurance costs. Nope, another one of those things that comes with being a landlord.
