Can i sue my husbands ex-wife for harrassement and/or slander? I personally think she should be diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, and should not have custody of thier 5 year old son. They are both in the military, both stationed at Ft. Campbell, and she runs her mouth to everyone who will listen, calls him a wife-beating, child neglecting father. And me and an ugly, cheating, whore. She calls constantly just to harrass us. He has tried to get a restriaining order against her, but they have a 5 year old son together that she has custody of so he decided against it in order to see his child. She has done everything from egging our home, to tring to hurt me emotionally by bringing up a misscarraige i recently had. I have little proof, just facebook comments, e-mails, and old text messages. This has been goin on for about two years now. She is just so obssesed with my husband she will do anything she can to make his life difficult, which in turn makes my life difficult. She is the cause of much of our marital problems. Please help.
