What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York
My ex boyfriend has possession of my truck. The truck is registered, titled and insured to me. If i take the truck back from him, can he sue me for work that he paid to have done to the truck?

He can always file the law suit but that does not mean he will succeed in getting a judgement.
