What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? texas
my boyfriend and i have lived together for 2 years. when we broke up he said that i could keep the automobile that i had been driving. we wrote a note saying that i could have it and he would give me the title when he makes the last payment. now he has picked it up saying that he wants it back. now i have no way of getting to work or school. can i file a small claims suit against him and if i can what are the chances of me winning.

He was making the payments on a car that you were driving? You needed to be paying for it. You have very little chance of winning.
