we are a small independent record label in stone mtn. ga and we got a company called maxdisk in new york, ny to manufacture and order of compact disc and vinyl records back in march of 2001 for $ 1820.00 . they never fulfilled the compact disc order and the vinyl was not fit to use. i wanted to know if we could file a small claim in ga if the company is in new york? they have an internet site which is how we initially contacted them. we filed a complaint with the better business bureau and sent certified letters but they never responded. are there any other remedies available?
