I hired a webmaster to do my business website. I paid the first part which was 2,060.00 and he said the project would be done in 6 weeks. So, 8 weeks passed by and he keeps giving me excuses that will get it done but never does.

It has been 2 months and he does not answer my emails or texts anymore.

What should I do now? send him a 1 week letter and tell him if he does not pay the money back I will take him to court? Can I take him to court for that matter ?

Thank you very much to help me!
