Land Entry- by Landlord Unauthorized Entry on November 18, 2011 Ona Chambers-Solomon was coming out of our front door upon arriving home.
Unauthorized without notice and harassing: Land Entry By Ona Chambers-Solomon: 10/5; 10/6; 10/7; 10/9; 10/10; 10/12; 10/13; 10/14; 10/15; 10/16; 10/17; 10/19; 10/20; 10/22; 10/23; 10/24; 10/25; 10/26; 10/28; 10/29; 10/30; 10/31; 11/1; 11/2; 11/3; 11/4;11/5; On most of these occasions Ona was requesting services, complaining about services rendered or just coming to tell us something we were wrongfully doing. Ona became very upset after receiving our letter about stopping this harassment. Many more occasions after she received word from us stating we were asking the county about legality; and after she served no cause eviction; county sent notice of uninhabitable dwelling.
Damages: Asking for 6 times x $600 (one month’s rent)

And honestly - spend a couple of bucks on at least an initial consult with an attorney.

The Oregon bar association still lists the limit at $7500 as of July. Douglas county states that it is 10k however. (Oh btw, that caught me too on her other thread.)
