Can a Will claim be filed in small claims?

Can a claim against an executor be made in small claims court providing that the amount is below the threshold (5K)?

Your question is exceptionally vauge, but from what little I can glean from your post, you need to go into the probate court where the will was being probated if you have a complaint about the executor of that will.

No probate - this was the summary administration of a small estate and the claim is for 5K.
