What is the name of your state? Illinois

Can a claim against an executor be made in small claims court providing that the amount is below the threshold (5K)?

Thanks,

Florence

Your question is exceptionally vauge, but from what little I can glean from your post, you need to go into the probate court where the will was being probated if you have a complaint about the executor of that will.

I don't respond to double posts.

Bye....
I'm sorry.

I thought a small claims question should properly be directed to this folder and the wills question to the wills folder.
