When me and my ex-wife divorced, she signed stating she would take over the car payments and take the car, that was almost a year ago and she hasnt done such thing i have been paying on it since the divorce and she says she will come get it but never does.
Can i take her to small claims for the portion i have paid on the car since the divorce was finalized?
