we bought a car at the auction from Florida (Miami). We needed to get it delivered in Georgia, and so we posted an ad offering a check on the delivery. All the driver needed was a buyer's number at the auction, and so he picked up the vehicle. However the car was never delivered and now is registered under someone else's name, which is also illegal since the car's title clearly states exports only.
How do we go about suing this driver from another state? How would we approach this case in general?
