I purchased a 3 car wedge trailer from this dealer.the dealer was selling the equipment for a friend out the shop.I received funding from a finance company. The funds was given to the seller, this happened 2.5 years age..i havent received any paperwork to register this trailer to put it to work..The finance company was notified numerous times and never a resolution..Can i sue the finance company not providing me documentation needed since they are the lienholder.
