My cat was recently attacked and killed in MY backyard by a neighbors pit bull. I have 2 witnesses who saw the cat being taken away by the dog and there's blood all over our car port. This dog previously attacked and killed a dozen ducks in the neighborhood also. I am going to call animal control but can I sue them. I lost a full days work plus the emotional damage it's done is devastating. This was a great cat that I was training as a therapy cat.
