What is the name of your state? Pa
Tuesday night I ordered chinese food at at local restaraunt. Upon dumping it onto a plate I found a cigarette butt. I brought it back (on the plate without touching it) and informed them. They paid for my dinner, made me a new meal and paid for drinks while I waited. I had not eaten any of the polluted chow. I'm fine with this........... however I have a co-worker that insists that this is worthy of a law suit. (he has dream$ of a frivolous lawsuit) I claim that there were no damages as I didn't eat it. Could you settle this matter?
Thanks,
