which city to i file small claim?

I posted recently about a restaurant i was suing, they sold the venue and i was told to sue the corporation that owned it.

according to the business website they are still registered to the restaurant address.

i have the owners addresses also

do i have to file my claim in the city of the restaurant or the city the live in or can i file in my own businesses city
